AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS
These are awards offered by the government to encourage students to study in Australia. It includes the Australian Awards Scholarships and the Endeavour Awards.

Offered by various different trusts, foundations, and organisations to students pursuing a specific course stream to encourage participation and development in the said field.

STUDENT MINIMUM WAGE
14.60 CAD/hour
Students can expect to earn a minimum of 40 AUD/hour and there is no limit on the number of hours an international student can work during recognized school vacations.
PART TIME JOBS IN AUSTRALIA
More than 40 hours a fortnight
Students holding a student visa can work for more than 40 hours a fortnight while school is in session. They can work full-time during the periods when school is not in session or during the annual vacation.
WORK PERMIT AFTER STUDY IN AUSTRALIA
2 years
PGWP is usually issued for the length of the study program. The maximum length of the post work permit is two years for masters by coursework, three years for masters by research degree and four years by a PHD or doctoral degree.
